Education:
I am a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with experience in working with individuals, couples, and families. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and an Advanced Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Arizona State University, where I developed a deep understanding and a strong foundation in systemic and attachment-based approaches to therapy
With a focus on attachment and trauma-informed care, I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy. This integrative approach allows me to address a wide range of issues, including trauma, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation.
I believe in creating a warm, empathetic, and collaborative therapeutic environment that fosters healing and personal growth. Whether working with individuals, couples, or families, I am dedicated to guiding clients toward positive change and improved well-being.
In my downtime, you can find me reading, traveling, enjoying the outdoors, or attending Pilates classes.
