Confidentiality and Privacy Policy
The law protects the relationship between a client and a counselor, and information cannot be disclosed without written permission.
Exceptions to the Confidentiality & Privacy Policy include:
Suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse, for which we are required by law to report to the appropriate authorities immediately.
If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person/s, we must notify the police and inform the intended victim.
If a client intends to harm him or herself, we will make every effort to enlist their cooperation in ensuring their safety. If they do not cooperate, we will take further measures without their permission that are provided to us by law in order to ensure their safety.
If a therapist at Elite Psychology and Wellness is subpoenaed along with their record, we must follow the order of the subpoena.
Use of the Site and the Services
To access and use our Site and Services, you must be 18 years or older and have the authority to enter into these Terms and Conditions. Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from using this Site. We do not knowingly collect, use or disclose personal information about visitors that are under 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age you must immediately stop using our Site and not provide any information to us through any means through our Site.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/ affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in-data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties except for billing purposes.
Opt Out
When you receive text messages from us or sign up for our mailing list, you are registering to receive SMS and email communication from us. If you chose to later opt out of this service, you can contact us to request to have your name removed from our SMS and mailing list.
